Cancellation and Refund

At Sangam Education Society, we strive to provide high-quality educational services and a seamless experience for all our students and donors. Please carefully review our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which applies to both student fee payments and donations.

1. Student Fee Payment Cancellation and Refund

  • Cancellation Request: If you wish to cancel your enrollment and request a refund for any fee paid, the request must be made in writing to the administration office within [X] days of the payment date or before the start of the academic session.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed based on the following conditions:
    • Full refund of fees will be issued only if the request is made prior to the commencement of the academic session.
    • A partial refund may be provided if the request is made within [X] days from the start of the academic session, subject to a deduction for administrative fees.
    • No refund will be provided after [X] days from the commencement of the academic session.
  • Refund Process: Once the cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days through the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Donation Cancellation and Refund

  • Donation Cancellation: Donations made to Sangam Education Society are considered voluntary contributions and cannot be canceled or refunded once processed, as they are intended for educational and student support purposes.
  • Exception for Donor Intent: If a donor wishes to cancel their contribution or seek a refund due to exceptional circumstances, such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Approval for refunds will be at the discretion of Sangam Education Society.
  • Refund Process: If a refund for a donation is granted, it will be processed within 7 business days through the same payment method used, or by another method at the discretion of the society.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Certain fees may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:
    • Administrative fees or processing fees related to registration or documentation.
    • Fees for services or materials that have already been provided.
    • Fees paid for extra-curricular activities or events unless specified otherwise.

4. Changes to the Policy

Sangam Education Society reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students and donors through appropriate channels.
